A great rub to use when grilling skinless chicken breasts. I like to use a mortar and pestle to grind the whole cumin seed, salt, oregano, and garlic together. This is enough for 2 whole chicken breasts. Ingredients:
1 teaspoon kosher salt |
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin |
2 teaspoons minced garlic |
1 teaspoon dried oregano |
2 tablespoons new mexico chile powder |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Rub evenly over chicken at least 30 minutes prior to grilling. |
