SPICY PECANS FOR SALADS OR JUST MUNCHING
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup peanut oil
1/4 cup red chili powder
1 tbls. salt
2 tbls. kahlua
2 tbls. sugar
3 cups pecans
Directions:
1. COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS
2. MIX UNTIL NUTS ARE COATED
3. SPREAD MIXTURE ON OILED ALUMINUM FOILED COOKIE SHEET
4. BAKE AT 399 DEGREES FOR 20-30 MINUTES
5. SERVE OVER SALADS AND SLAWS
6. OR JUST MUNCH
