Easy and good. Ingredients:
0.5 (4 ounce) can peeled green chilies |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1 egg |
1/2 cup milk |
1/4 cup bisquick |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 2 to 2-1/2 cup casserole. 2. Rinse peppers to remove seeds. 3. Place peppers in single layer in casserole. 4. Sprinkle cheese on peppers. 5. Beat egg thoroughly; beat in milk and baking mix and pour onto cheese. 6. Bake until golden brown and puffy, about 30 minutes. |
