Chile Relleno Casserole Ingredients:
2 lbs shredded cheese |
1/4 cup peppers, chile, diced |
4 eggs |
2 tbsp flour |
1 can evaporated milk |
Directions:
1. Spray 9x13 glass baking pan 2. Place 1/2 of cheese in bottom of pan 3. Spread chile peppers over layer of cheese 4. Cover with remaining cheese 5. Mix together the milk, 4 beaten eggs and flour. Pour slowly over the top of the cheese so that the milk and egg mixture is spread as evenly as possible. 6. Bake in a 350 degree oven 30-40 minutes. |
