Chile Lime Tortilla Crackers |

A great way to use up your over-the-hill tortillas. These crackers can be served with soup or dunked in dip or guacamole. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon paprika |
2 teaspoons achiote paste |
1/2 teaspoon cayenne |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/3 cup lime juice |
2/3 cup oil |
flour tortilla |
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. 2. Combine the first six ingredients together. 3. Lay one or two flour tortillas (depending size of sheet) on a cookie sheet and brush evenly with chili lime mixture. 4. Cut each tortilla into wedges. 5. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 350°F. 6. Cool. 7. Continue to bake in batches. |
