Chile-Lime Shrimp on Skewers |

Made with cooked shrimp. From a magazine. Ingredients:
1/2 cup olive oil |
2 tablespoons chili oil |
1/4 cup fresh lime juice |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
2 lbs cooked shrimp (about 50 shrimp) |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine the oils, juice and garlic. 2. Put shrimp in large ziplock style bag and pour the marinade over the shrimp and let sit for 30 minutes in refrigerator. 3. Season with salt and pepper. 4. To serve, thread 2 shrimp on each skewer. |
