Ingredients:
3 lbs pork spareribs, cut into pieces |
2 teaspoons ground cumin |
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon |
1 (17 1/2 ounce) jar enchilada sauce |
1/4 cup honey |
Directions:
1. RUB spareribs with cumin and cinnamon. Arrange in 13 x9 baking dish. 2. BAKE at 400°F for 30 minute Turn ribs over and bake 15 minute Mix enchilada sauce and honey. 3. POUR enchilada sauce mixture over ribs. Bake 30 minute or until tender, basting occasionally. To serve, stir sauce and spoon over ribs. |
