This recipe came from a TEX-MEX Cookbook. Ingredients:
1 lb processed american cheese |
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies |
1 tomato, peeled and chopped |
1 small onion, finely chopped |
Directions:
1. Melt cheese in a double boiler . Add green chiles, tomato and onion. 2. Serve warm with tortilla chips. 3. May be kept warm in a chafing dish. |
