Another favourite at the local fire station. Ingredients:
16 ounces velveeta cheese |
4 ounces salsa |
2 ounces chopped red bell peppers |
1 ounce finely chopped onion |
1 ounce milk |
cumin |
chili powder |
Directions:
1. Place ingredients in saucepan and heat over low heat, stirring frequently until all melted together. 2. Check frequently until melted to desired consistency. 3. Serve with corn chips or tostados. |
