This is an adopted recipe. I have not tried it, so if you do, please feel free to offer suggestions for changes or improvements!! Ingredients:
1 cup cheddar cheese or 1 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded |
4 ounces green chilies, drained |
1/4 cup half-and-half |
2 tablespoons onions, finely chopped |
2 teaspoons cumin, ground |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Heat all ingredients over low heat, stirring constantly, until the cheese is melted. 2. Serve warm with tortilla chips. |
