Chile Cheese Tomatoes

These are super yummy tomatoes which make a great appetizer or side dish.
Ingredients:
3 large tomatoes, peeled
1 cup sour cream
salt and pepper to taste, 1/4-1/2 teaspoon
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
2 green onions, chopped
1-2 tablespoons diced, canned green chiles
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Cut each tomato horizontally into thick slices.
2. Gently squeeze out some of the seeds.
3. Arrange tomatoes on the rack of a broiler pan.
4. In a small bowl, combine sour cream, salt, pepper, sugar, flour, onions and chiles.
5. Spoon chile mixture evenly over tomatoes.
6. Sprinkle with cheese.
7. Broil about 4-inches from heat until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
8. Serve.
