This is one of my favorite breakfast recipes. My mom made these for me as a kid. You can make ahead and freeze, pulling a few out to microwave before heading out the door. Awesome dish, you really can't beat stuff this easy and yummy! Ingredients:
5 eggs, beaten |
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies |
1 lb sharp cheddar cheese, shredded |
1/4 cup onion, minced |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. 2. Pour into a greased 9x9 casserole dish. 3. Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees or until cooked in the center. |
