Ingredients:
12 half-ripe mangoes
salt
1/2 cup vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons mustard powder
Directions:
1. Peel and cut mangoes in pieces.
2. Put in a bowl and add all the spices.
3. Mix well.
4. Bottle.
5. Refrigerate and serve!
