1/4 serving Ingredients:
1080 ml chickpeas, drained |
2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil |
1/2 tsp salt |
1 pinch cayenne pepper |
Directions:
1. Toss checkpeas with oil, salt and cayenne. Spread onto large baking sheet in a single layer. 2. Bake in 400 F oven, shaking pan a couple of time during cooking for about 45 minutes, or until golden. Let cool completely. |
