This is from Simply Vegan. Serve over pasta. Spinach pasta would be especially pretty. Ingredients:
1 (19 ounce) can chickpeas, drained |
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce |
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste |
1 teaspoon onion powder |
1 tablespoon dried basil |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Simmer ingredients over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 2. When hot, toss with cooked pasta. |
