So easy and filling - just lightly mash chickpeas withy any raw salsa, heat if desired, season to taste Ingredients:
2 cups canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed |
2 jalapenos or 1/2 any pepper, seeded and minced |
2 tomatoes, seeded and diced |
1 clove garlic, minced |
2 green onions, peeled and chopped into slivers |
1lime’s (or lemon’s) juice and zest |
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil |
Directions:
1. Mix chickpeas and salsa in whatever sized bowl will work. 2. Heat on med-low and add flavorings as desired |
