Great for picnics. Ingredients:
2 cups chickpeas |
1 bunch parsley |
2 carrots |
1 cucumber |
1 sweet pepper |
1/4 cup lemon juice |
1/4 cup olive oil |
1/4 teaspoon sumaq |
1/4 teaspoon dried mint |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Chop parsley, cucumber, carrot and sweet pepper. 2. Combine with Chickpeas. 3. Add dressing mixture. |
