2 cups chickpeas, cooked |
1 large onion, chopped |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1 green bell pepper, chopped |
2 tablespoons chili powder |
1/2 tablespoon cumin |
1/2 tablespoon ground coriander |
1/2 tablespoon ground paprika |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 bay leaf |
14 ounces tomato sauce |
Directions:
1. Sauté chickpeas. 2. Add onions, garlic, peppers, and continue to sauté. 3. Add seasonings. 4. Add tomato sauce when onions are translucent. 5. Simmer for 15 minutes. |
