a firm favourite that will encourage kids to eat their spinach Ingredients:
8 ounces chickpea flour |
1/4 pint water |
1/2 lb spinach, boiled and chopped |
1 egg white, stiffly whipped |
1 ounce breadcrumbs |
salt and pepper |
parsley |
Directions:
1. mix all ingredients and fold in the egg white. 2. spoon into hot oil and fry (like little small omelettes). |
