Ingredients:
1/2 can(s) artichoke hearts, finely chopped
1 bag(s) arugula leaves
1/2 can(s) chickpea
1/3 cup(s) olive oil
1/4 cup(s) red onion, funely chopped
3 tablespoon(s) red wine vinegar
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Combine arugula, onion, artichokes and chickpeas. Whisk remaining ingredients until blended and dress the salad.
