Ingredients:
1/2 can(s) artichoke hearts, finely chopped |
1 bag(s) arugula leaves |
1/2 can(s) chickpea |
1/3 cup(s) olive oil |
1/4 cup(s) red onion, funely chopped |
3 tablespoon(s) red wine vinegar |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine arugula, onion, artichokes and chickpeas. Whisk remaining ingredients until blended and dress the salad. |
