From a Calling All Cook recipe collection. The kids love it! Ingredients:
2 cups spaghetti, cooked and drained (break into small pieces before cooking) |
2 cups cooked chicken, chopped |
1 cup chicken broth |
1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1/2 medium onion, chopped |
1/4 cup pimentos, drained |
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Combine the pasta, chicken, broth, soup, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, onion, pimentos, green pepper, salt, and pepper in a large bowl and mix well. 2. Spoon into a greased 3-qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. 3. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes or until cooked through. |
