Low fat, low cal chicken salad. Great served in a pita. Ingredients:
1/2 cup dill pickles, chopped fine |
4 cups chicken, cooked and torn into small pieces |
1 cup tomato, diced |
1 cup green onion, diced |
1 cup celery, diced |
1 1/2 cups plain nonfat yogurt |
2 tablespoons poppy seeds |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
3/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. 2. Keep chilled. |
