Chicken Wraps

This is a very delicious recipe, my mom used to make it and I loved it.
Ingredients:
4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
1/2 cup cream cheese
1 pinch lemon pepper seasoning
16 ounces crescent rolls
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
10 1/2 ounces cream of chicken soup
Directions:
1. 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. 2. Cook chicken breasts thoroughly, I boil them, but you can cook them anyway you like.
3. 3. As soon as chicken breasts are cooked, slice chicken width wise into 1 inch strips.
4. 4. Open and roll out crescent rolls.
5. 5. Take a slice of chicken and place at the widest part of the crescent roll.
6. 6. Add enough cream cheese to cover the piece of chicken.
7. 7. Season with lemon pepper seasoning and salt and pepper.
8. 8. Roll up the stuffed crescent rolls.
9. 9. Place on a greased cookie sheet.
10. 10. Place cookie sheet into the oven and bake 11 to 13 minutes.
11. 11. While thats cooking open up the can of cream of chicken soup and cook as recommended on the package.
12. 12. Serve warm with cream of chicken soup as gravy.
