                    Minced chicken wrap in a lettuce cup. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                2 tablespoons oil  |  
                                                8 ounces minced chicken breasts  |  
                                                1 teaspoon salt  |  
                                                1/4 teaspoon white pepper  |  
                                                1/2 teaspoon minced garlic  |  
                                                1 teaspoon cornstarch  |  
                                                2 tablespoons oil  |  
                                                1 cup cubed celery, 1/4 inch cubes  |  
                                                1 cup cubed water chestnut, 1/4 inch cubes  |  
                                                1/2 cup peas and carrots  |  
                                                1/2 cup sliced chinese black mushrooms  |  
                                                2 stalks minced green onions  |  
                                                1/2 cup chicken broth  |  
                                                salt  |  
                                                white pepper  |  
                                                8 lettuce cups  |  
                                                hoisin sauce  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. In a mixing bowl combine the chicken, salt, white pepper, garlic, cornstarch and oil. 2. Heat a wok and lightly coat with oil. Add in the chicken and stir-fry for a minute add celery, water chestnut, pea and carrot, mushroom and green onion and stir-fry about 2 minute longer. Add in the chicken broth and simmer for 2 minutes and season the mixture with salt and pepper. Ladle 1/2 cup chicken mixture cup and place into the center of the lettuce leafs. Place some small amount of hoisin sauce into a small dish.                              |
