2 tablespoons butter |
2 tablespoons onions, chopped |
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped |
1/2 teaspoon oregano |
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning |
1/4 teaspoon tarragon |
1/4 teaspoon marjoram |
1 whole chicken, cut up |
1/2 cup dry white wine |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
1 teaspoon paprika |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. 2. Add onion and cook until tender, about 3 minutes. 3. Stir in parsley, oregano, poultry seasoning, tarragon, marjoram and wine. 4. Boil 5 minutes or until sauce is reduced by one-third. 5. Arrange chicken in a 13 by 9 inch baking dish. Brush herb sauce over chicken. 6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake 45 minutes or until chicken is done. |
