A crockpot recipe that goes in a flash, tastes great, looks impressive enough for company. Ingredients:
1 lb skinless chicken (your choice) |
2 (11 ounce) cans chicken and wild rice soup |
1 cup brown rice |
salt, pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Put raw chicken in crock pot. Add both cans of soup. Cook on high 2-3 hours or low 6-8 hours until chicken is done. Cook the boil-in-bag rice as directed. Remove chicken from crock pot, add rice, and stir together. |
