Chicken With Prosciutto and Cheese |

A recipe from chef Katie Lee. Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded thin |
4 basil leaves |
4 slices prosciutto |
4 slices provolone cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Place each chicken breast on a piece of parchment paper or paper towl. Season with salt and pepper, then top with a basil leaf and a slice prosciutto. 3. Heat oil in an ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat. 4. Pick up each chicken breast by the paper and slap it prosciutto side down into the skillet; remove paper. 5. Let cook 3 minutes until prosciutto is crisp. 6. Flip and top with a slice of provolone. 7. Transfer to oven and bake for 4 minutes until chicken is cooked and cheese is bubbly. |
