Ingredients:
3 1/2 lbs chicken parts |
3 tablespoons cooking oil |
1 chopped medium onion |
1 cup orange juice |
3 oranges, peeled and sliced |
2 garlic cloves, chopped |
salt |
Directions:
1. Heat cooking oil in a frying pan and cook chicken until well browned on all sides. Remove chicken. 2. Pour off all but 2 tablespoons of drippings. Add onion and garlic to oil, cook until tender. 3. Add chicken back with orange juice. Cook covered for about 45 minutes until tender. 4. Serve with orange slices. |
