Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts |
1 lime, juice of, only |
6 fluid ounces pure apple juice |
2 teaspoons cornstarch |
1 low-sodium chicken bouillon cube |
Directions:
1. Spray a large skillet with vegetable cooking spray. 2. Heat over medium heat before adding the chicken breasts. 3. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until tender and thoroughly cooked, turning to brown evenly. 4. Remove from the skillet and keep warm. 5. In a mixing bowl, combine the lime juice, apple juice, cornstarch and bouillon cube. 6. Add the mixture to the skillet and cook, stirring, until thick. 7. Spoon the sauce over the chicken to serve. |
