Easy,flavorful dish. Lemon adds tang,Cajun seasoning brings a kick and sour cream cools it all down Ingredients:
2 boneless,skinless chicken breast halves(5 oz ea) |
1/2 tsp cajun seasoning |
2/3 c reduced-sodium,reduced-fat cream of chicken soup |
1/4 c water |
1/4 c canned chopped green chilies |
1/2 tsp lemon juice |
2 tbs reduced fat sour cream |
1 c hot cooked rice |
Directions:
1. Sprinkle chicken with Cajun seasoning. 2. In large,nonstick skillet coated with spray,brown chicken on both sides. 3. In small bowl,combine soup,water,chilies and lemon juice. Stir into skillet. 4. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat;cover and simmer for 8-10 mins or till chicken juices run clear. Remove from heat;stir in sour cream. Serve with rice. |
