This easy chicken recipe features chicken breast halves topped with a creamy lemon-mustard sauce and only takes 12 minutes to make. Ingredients:
4 (4-ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves |
cooking spray |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon paprika |
1/4 cup light mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon lemon juice (1/2 lemon) |
1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard |
1 garlic clove, minced or 1 teaspoon bottled minced garlic |
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary |
Directions:
1. Preheat broiler. 2. Coat chicken with cooking spray; sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika. Place chicken on broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Broil 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until done. 3. Combine mayonnaise and remaining 4 ingredients in a small bowl. 4. Serve chicken with sauce. |
