Weight Watchers Core Recipe Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs chicken breasts, raw |
2 (10 ounce) cans diced tomatoes |
2 (15 ounce) cans corn, drained |
2 (15 ounce) cans black beans |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in crock pot. 2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours until chicken easily shreds. 3. Mix together. 4. Serve with salsa verde, shredded cheese, avocado, various mexican food toppings. 5. Use Rotel diced tomatos for a bit more spice. 6. Use reduced sodium black beans or fresh black beans to reduce sodium content. |
