using mainly store cupboard ingredients Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts |
2tbsp plain flour |
2tbsp oil |
6tbsp dry white wine or chicken stock |
1oz blue cheese crumbled |
2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup |
1/2 tsp salt |
1/2 tsp pepper |
tin of asparagus drained |
Directions:
1. Pre heat oven to gas 5 2. Coat the chicken in flour and fry until lightly browned in hot oil 3. Mix the wine,cheese,soup and seasoning in a casserole 4. Arrange the chicken in the mixture 5. Cook for one hour 6. Add the asparagus spears and cook for another hour 7. Serve on a bed of rice |
