Chicken With a Hawaiian Sauce |

Tried this recipe recently, came out great. Ingredients:
1 bell pepper (sliced) |
2 garlic cloves (minced) |
2 tablespoons oil |
2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup |
20 ounces pineapple tidbits in juice |
2 cups chicken (cooked and cubed) |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
2 cups rice (cooked) |
1/3 cup slivered almonds (toasted) |
Directions:
1. Saute bell pepper in oil. Add garlic. 2. Mix in next 4 ingredients. Simmer 10 minutes. 3. Serve over rice and top with almonds. |
