Chicken Wings

One of my favourites.Feel free to tweak it.
Ingredients:
marinade
1 tbs rice wine
1 tbs sugar
2 tbs black soy sauce
1 tsp lemon vodka
1 garlic head crushed
10 chicken mid-joints
1 bowl of water
Directions:
1. Throw in all marinade ingredients + chicken into ziplock bag,mix weel and leave in the fridge for 30mins prior to cooking.
2. 30mins later, remove chicken and sauté in pan with oil for 5mins.Then pour in remaining marinade, add some water and let simmer for 10 mins or till sauce thicken.
3. Once sauce has reduced,remove,dish and serve immediately with white rice and some steamed veggies as side dish if you want (I like to eat this ladies' finger).
