I haven't tried these chicken wings. I'm posting this recipe for safe keeping. I found this recipe at Cooking In The Kitchen With Olum's. I watched the chef at Olum's make these and they looked so good. Ingredients:
3 lbs chicken wings (1 package) |
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced |
1 tablespoon tabasco sauce |
1/2 cup mirin |
1/2 cup apricot juice |
1/2 lemon juice |
1 cup sugar |
rice vinegar |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Combine all ingredients and pour half of the mix over the wings. 3. Cover the wings with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. 4. Remove aluminum foil and broil on high heat until liquid is thick and sticky. |
