Good appetizer for parties. A friend gave me this recipe years ago at a superbowl party. Ingredients:
6 lbs chicken wings, mini |
2 cups sugar |
2 cups water |
2 cups soy sauce |
1/2 cup oil |
2 teaspoons garlic powder |
2 teaspoons ginger |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Blend together all ingredients except chicken. 2. Add chicken and marinate at least 24 hours. 3. Bake at 325 for 1 hour, turn once half way thru cooking. |
