A simple and warm filling dinner great for the family. Ingredients:
2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup |
1 1/2 cups water |
1 (6 ounce) package seasoned long grain and wild rice blend |
3 cups baby carrots |
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast halves |
Directions:
1. Mix soup, water, rice and carrots in the Crock pot. Add chicken and turn to coat. 2. Cover and cook on Low 8 hours or 4 on High. |
