This is a very simple, tasty, chicken curry.
Ingredients:
1 breast chicken
2 cups tomatoes
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp mustard seed
1/2 onion
Directions:
1. Cut the breast into chunks and add to a bowl.
2. Chop the onion, add half to the bowl, along with the paprika, cumin, ginger, chilli powder, coriander and mustard seed.
3. Mix the ingredients and leave the chicken to marinate for two to three hours.
4. Heat a pan, and use a little bit of vegetable oil to lightly fry the remaining onion. Sprinkle the cinnamon over the onion.
5. Add the chicken mixture and stir until the chicken turns opaque.
6. Add the chopped tomatoes and simmer for 20 mins.
7. Serve
