using condensed soup in crock pot Ingredients:
248 grams chicken, dark meat & skin |
1 can cream of chicken soup |
1 can cream of mushroom soup |
2 cups onions, chopped |
3 carrots, chopped |
4 cloves garlic, chopped |
4 stalks celery, chopped |
1 cup peas |
Directions:
1. chop veggies (except peas, no need to chop them) 2. put all vegs in crock pot (3 quart or larger) 3. wash chicken pieces (this is about 4 thighs 1.5 lb with bones) and place on top of vegs 4. sprinkle with favorite seasoning (such as Old Bay) 5. cover with 2 cans condensed soup 6. cook at least 5 hours 7. serve over brown rice or baked potato 8. freeze leftovers in individual portions for later |
