Chicken, Veggies, Pasta Ingredients:
1/2 tbsp olive oil |
1/2 cup onion - chopped |
1/2 pound boneless skinless chicken breast - cubed |
7 1/4 oz tomatoes - diced - can |
1/4 tsp. basil |
1/4 tsp. oregano |
1/2 clove garlic |
2 tsp. grated parmesan cheese |
1/4 tsp. salt |
1/8 tsp. pepper |
1/2 cup (classico) tomato & basil |
56 g (gia russa) medium shells |
Directions:
1. Boil pasta following directions, set aside 2. Heat oil in skillet. 3. Saute vegetables until softened (about 10 minutes). 4. Add chicken; cook until no longer pink. 5. Stir in remaining ingredients (except pasta) and cover. 6. Simmer until flavors blend (about 10 minutes) 7. Add cooked pasta, mix well. 8. Serve with green salad or steamed vegetables. |
