4 ounce(s) chicken breasts cooked/sliced |
3 cup(s) zucchini, spinach, mushrooms (mixed) steamed |
2 ounce(s) low-fat parmesan cheese |
3 tablespoon(s) marinara sauce |
herb and garlic mrs. dash to taste |
Directions:
1. Mix chicken with zucchini, mushrooms and spinach. 2. Heat on stovetop or microwave. 3. Sprinkle with Mrs. Dash and pour on marinara 4. Melt cheese over the top in microwave. |
