Ingredients:
1 cup shallots |
4 cloves garlic, minced |
540 g diced tomatoes |
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips |
1 cup swiss chard |
1/4 cup cheese |
1 tsp basil |
1 tsp worchestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. Heat dressing and garlic in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. 2. Add chicken and broccoli; cook and stir 5 to 7 min. or until chicken is cooked through. 3. Stir in tomatoes, pepper and 1/4 cup of the mozzarella cheese; cook 1 to 2 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. 4. Top with the chicken mixture, remaining 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese |
