Chicken Vegetable Stir Fry |

Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts, diced |
1 onion, sliced |
2 tabs mongolian fire oil |
1 tab minced garlic |
3 carrots, sliced |
2 celery, sliced |
5 mushrooms, sliced |
1 cup snow peas |
1 cup sliced green cabbage |
1/2 cup water |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
1 tab cornstarch |
1 tab sugar |
1 tab minced ginger |
Directions:
1. Put oil, chicken and onion in fry pan or wok turn to quite high stir constantly till done 6-8 mins 2. add vegy's stir 5-6 mins 3. mix water, soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch and ginger in bowl. 4. dump in frypan stir till all coated and slightly thickend 5. Serve over rice. |
