Great lunch with salad or sandwich Ingredients:
3 cups water |
14 ounce tomatoes, no salt added whole, undrained |
1/4 cup onions, minced |
1 teaspoon basil, dried whole |
1 teaspoon paprika |
3/4 teaspoon garlic, minced |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 cup sliced carrots, sliced |
8 ounce mushrooms, drained |
1 cup zuchinni, diced |
1 cup chicken breasts, cooked |
Directions:
1. combine water, bouillon granules, tomatoes, onion, basil, paprika, barlic, and salt in a Dutch oven. 2. Bring to a boil; cover and simmer 10 minutes. 3. Add mushrooms, zucchini, chicken, and wine; simmer, uncovered 8 minutes. 4. Serve warm. |
