Ingredients:
2 cup(s) chicken chopped, cooked |
1 can(s) cream of potato soup undiluted |
1 can(s) cream of chicken soup undiluted |
1 can(s) mexican-style corn undrained |
1 jar(s) mushrooms sliced, undrained |
1 can(s) green chilies chopped, undrained |
1 1/2 cup(s) milk |
1 cup(s) chicken broth |
1 1/2 cup(s) cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Combine first 9 ingredients in a Dutch oven, stirring well. Cook over medium heat 5 to 8 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Remove from heat; add cheese, stirring until cheese melts. Garnish, if desired, and serve immediately. |
