Food Diary Soup, 2 servings Ingredients:
38 oz organic low sodium chicken broth |
4 oz premium white chunk chicken |
1 cup black beans canned |
30 grams brown rice medley w/ long grain brown rice, back barley |
2/3 cup beans cut green |
0.33 cup frozen carrots |
0.33 cup, diced celery |
0.67 cup frozen spinach |
Directions:
1. 2/3 cooked brown rice medley 2. 1 c black beans 3. 4 oz (about 1 cup) chopped chicken (tj's canned here, roast better) 4. 1/3 cup frozen carrots 5. 2/3 cup frozen green beans 6. 1/3 cup celery 7. 2/3 cup spinach (frozen) 8. 4.5 cups (4 is fine, 1 container) Low Sodium Fat free chicken broth 9. Cook all, 1/2 for lunch, 1/2 for dinner |
