Ingredients:
1 -1 1/2 lb thin chicken cutlet
flour
salt
pepper
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup marsala wine
1/2 cup margarine
Directions:
1. Bread chicken or veal in already mixed flour, salt, and pepper.
2. Fry in margarine.
3. Add chicken broth and wine.
4. Cook for 15 minutes.
