1 -1 1/2 lb thin chicken cutlet |
flour |
salt |
pepper |
1 cup chicken broth |
1 cup marsala wine |
1/2 cup margarine |
Directions:
1. Bread chicken or veal in already mixed flour, salt, and pepper. 2. Fry in margarine. 3. Add chicken broth and wine. 4. Cook for 15 minutes. |
