Ingredients:
1 quart(s) chicken broth |
2 cup(s) cooked chicken bite size pieces |
1/2 can(s) green chilies small can |
1/2 bulb(s) med. onion chopped |
1/2 bag(s) tortillas 8 ct. fajita size, bite size pieces |
2 stalk(s) celery chopped |
1 can(s) tomatoes with chilies and onion |
Directions:
1. Chop all ingredients. Add broth to soup pot, add onion and celery, bring to boil. when veggies are soft add chicken, chilies, tomatoes and tortilla pieces. Cook till tortillas are soft. 2. Serve with cheese, sour cream, black olives and any extra tortillas. |
