Chicken Tortilla Soup

This is a wonderful tomato based chicken soup...perfect for cold winter days!
Ingredients:
1 medium onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon oil
2 lbs chicken, shredded
1 (14 ounce) can mexican tomatoes
1 (14 ounce) can beef broth
1 (14 ounce) can chicken broth
1 (10 ounce) can tomato soup
1 1/2 cups water
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce
Directions:
1. Saute onion and garlic in oil.
2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 30-35 minutes.
3. Serve with favorite toppings, such as chedder cheese, tortilla strips, avacado, sour cream, or cilantro.
